Occelli® al Barolo - Beppino Occelli 7kg

This cheese is produced from cow milk and sheep milk from animals that are free to roam and feed in the summer meadows.
It is aged for at least five months in the Valcasotto cellars and has a hard consistency. It is then refined for two more months in Langa vineyards, once enriched with Barolo DOCG wine.
Available in whole, half or quarter formats.
