Trentingrana DOP - Castellanza Formaggi
Trentingrana cheese is a mountain product, controlled from the production of forage and milk, up to the transformation and marketing of the finished product.
It is a product that stands out for its organoleptic qualities - such as the special fragrance, aroma, taste in perfect balance between sweet and salty - which make it appealing for all palates.
Produced since 1926 only with selected milk, rennet and salt, it is ready after an aging of at least 18/20 months.
