After the preliminary phase of kneading and cooking, the gnocchis are formed and then then packed in a protective atmosphere, pasteurized, refrigerated at + 4°C, packaged and stored in the warehouse until shipment.
They come in the traditional format and have a soft and full-bodied consistency, a straw yellow color and a delicate potato flavour.
