A red wine of ancient tradition, produced exclusively with 100% Vespolina grapes, from vineyards located in the Novara hills.
The vinification is carried out using traditional methods, leaving the must to ferment on the skins for 6/8 days in steel tanks.
The wine is then aged for 6 months in steel to preserve the typical spiciness of the Vespolina grape.
Ideally combined with classic local cheeses, such as Gorgonzola and Toma.
