Nebbiolo DOC "Del Monteregio" - Vini Mazzoni
A red wine produced since the early 1600s in the Novara hills area, using only 100% Nebbiolo grapes.
The grapes are fermented on the skins for 6/8 days in steel tanks.
The wine is then aged 18 months in tonneaux and large casks.
A wine of extreme elegance and finesse, ideally combined with beef or game-based dishes.
