White wine obtained from Chardonnay grapes, a vine of ancient French origins, also very appreciated in the Langhe for its adaptability to the soil and climatic conditions.
It gives origin to a light wine, with a characteristic aroma and a dry and velvety flavour that can be at the same time soft and harmonious.
Excellent in combination with typical Piedmontese appetizers, such as vitello tonnato (veal with tuna sauce), Russian salad, and acchiughe al verde (anchovies in green sauce).
