A fresh sterched curd cheese with a soft and fibrous interior. It has a milky, sweet and slightly acidic flavour, with less than 0.1 g lactose, therefore suitable for lactose-intolerant consumers.
Tamburro uses no additives in its fresh cheeses, only milk, salt, rennet and milk enzymes.
