Spaghetti encapsulate in their simplicity the authentic flavour of traditional Italian cuisine. Their long, thin round shape is known all over the world. Bossolasco spaghetti are an artisanal pasta with high quality durum wheat semolina. Perfect with tomato sauce, a leaf of basil and a light sprinkling of cheese, preferably grated, but also alla carbonara, alla puttanesca, allo scoglio or with garlic, oil and chilli.
