Mezze Maniche are a short pasta format that belongs to the ‘maccheroni’ family. They are shorter and wider than the similar rigatoni, but ideal for holding any kind of sauce thanks to their cylindrical shape and external rifling.
Bossolasco Mezze Maniche are a handmade pasta made with high quality durum wheat semolina. They go well with red or white sauces based on game but also with octopus and swordfish or with small shellfish that fit very well inside the hollow shape.
