Pennoni are the larger variant of the classic penne. The diagonal cut is their easily recognisable and appreciated hallmark of Italian cuisine. Bossolasco Pennoni are an artisanal durum wheat pasta ideal for holding sauces and emphasising flavours, to be served oven-baked with meat sauce and/or béchamel sauce.
