Artisanal pasta made exclusively from durum wheat grown in Piedmont in the Bossolasco family's fields. A production that follows the ancient methods of bronze-drawing and slow drying, with a complete supply chain.
Zero pasta has a very special history. It was born from the encounter between the Bossolasco farm and star chef Francesco Oberto. An artisanal bronze-drawn pasta with a circle shape reminiscent of a pacchero cut into very thin slices. A pasta with a simple soul, ideal to be served with a wild boar sauce to emphasise the flavour of the raw materials or with a classic variant with tomato and fresh basil.
