I Rubatà (twisted Piedmontese breadsticks) - Brusa
Rubatà are typical breadsticks of the Piedmontese cuisine. Their name derives from the local dialect and means “fallen” due to the technique used, which gives them this typical rolled shape.
Available in both classic long and shorter pizza-flavoured versions, both in a tray with transparent film.
Brusa has started a path of traceability transparency, through block-chain technology, inaugurating the first 100 % ITALIAN GRISSINO, traced end-to-end, from seed to shelf. First in Italy and Europe.
