Salame al Barolo is a typical speciality of the Piedmont Region.
It is prepared according to an ancient Langhe rustic recipe.
To make this special salami, only top quality Italian pork is used, which is then macerated in Barolo wine.
After filling, it is tied by hand in a natural casing and left to age slowly.
Without gluten or milk derivatives.
