Cooked ham produced with fresh deboned pork thighs, salted, flavoured in brine, hand shaped and steamed, according to tradition. The meat is of EC origin.
The processing methods define the quality of the product as Traditional. It has a typical aroma, sweet with fruity and slightly spicy notes.
The ham is available whole and in half, in the typical "chestnut" format, vacuum-packed in aluminized and pasteurized envelope bags.
