Mortadella "Divina" - Trinità

Mortadella produced with finely chopped EC pork mixed with salt and flavourings, no added polyphosphates.
The lardons are obtained by dicing the hard back-fat of the pig.
When cut it is pink with white and compact lardons. The product on the palate has a full and intense flavour, with spicy notes.
Vacuum packed and available in different formats, with or without pistachios.
