Salami produced with pork pancetta and ham of EC origin. Coarsely chopped, salted, flavoured and stuffed into synthetic casings.
The product is seasoned according to tradition, in controlled environments. The salami has a medium grain and an intense and spicy aroma.
It is available in different formats, packed in bulk or vacuumed in compliance with current regulations.
