The product originates from the processing of medium-grain minced pork meat. The dough is seasoned with salt, herbs and spices; in the spicy version, the paprika is predominant.
When cut it has a compact slice with a delicate aroma, the flavour is typical of the product: spicy, sweet or hot (depending on the version).
