Salami produced with pork meat of EC origin, minced, salted, flavoured and stuffed into synthetic casing. The product is seasoned according to tradition in controlled environments.
Special format without casing, suitable for the industry for slicing; distributed in vacuum packed in thermoformed film.
Available in three variants:
Tipo Milano: savory, intense and spicy aroma, with a fine grain;
Tipo Napoli: savory, intense and spicy aroma, coarsely minced;
Tipo Ungherese: spicy and slightly smoky aroma, with a fine grain.
