LACTOSE-FREE version of fresh Sheep Ricotta. This occurs thanks to the enzymatic breakdown of lactose into its two main components: sucrose and galactose, so as to make it more easily digestible without giving up the particular taste of fresh ricotta.
Ready for consumption just a few hours after production, this lactose-free ricotta maintains the same typical and intense milk flavour, the same creamy and velvety consistency of the classic fresh sheep milk ricotta.
